Larry Else, Downtown Realty and Alisha Myers were an absolute pleasure to work with. The way they communicate with their customers is outstanding. We were in the loop on every stage of the process. Larry is a real estate agent in a million. If you can sell a property with a sitting tenant for an overseas client in the middle of a Covid pandemic, you must be a bit exceptional. This, Larry has just done. I am a UK resident with no knowledge of the US property market. Larry unraveled the seemingly impossible, providing outstanding help & advice throughout. This included liaising with the tenant, providing necessary referrals, guiding me through unfamiliar paperwork & overseeing transfer of the sale funds. The entire process was conducted by email, where Larry's response time was virtually instantaneous. The sale would not have been successful without Larry's outstanding expertise & ability to think outside the box. A real estate agent and more: I couldn't rate Larry more highly.

Larry is the only realistic, honest and straight forward person I met in this business so far. No fake promises no time wasting just a beautiful business experience. Special thanks for Alisha Myers, she’s one of the most decent and professional persons I ever delt with. For international investors, you will never regret reaching out to larry and his team for anything. I sold my property in the US and I’ve never been there. Larry, Alisha and The team managed to deliver an outstanding results in the shortest possible time.

I have dealt with Larry and his staff at Downtown Realty over the last two years in connection with some property sales. The service I have received is absolutely outstanding. They are fair and no-nonsense minded with excellent customer service. I was mainly in contact with Larry and Alisha, and both are highly professional and very helpful. They happily go the "extra mile" to help out even in errands not directly related to the sales. I would highly recommend them to anybody who's looking for a professional and efficient real estate agent, and will definitely use them again for any future sales or purchases.

IF there was a 7 Star rating I would have given it to Mr. Larry of Downtown Realty based on his Professional yet friendly approach towards selling out properties in a very professional and effective manner. Larry is a great real estate agent! I give a rating of 5 stars or higher. I really recommend Downtown Realty and Larry! I'm a seller from Japan. He gave me easy-to-understand advice with a high level of expertise. I could succeed in selling the property in Detroit through email exchanges.
